RESPONSIBILITY: Units are held liable for any damages occurring during the use of the room. FOOD & BEVERAGE: There is no eating or open top drinks allowed. SCHEDULE: Be courteous of other and keep your schedule. Do Not enter the room prior to your scheduled time and vacate the room on time, allowing enough time to straighten the room prior to departure. CLEAN UP: The room is expected to optimal conditions, meaning (chairs pushed in, rubbish removed, all equipment turned off including lights, shades returned to original height, and doors closed. CANCELLATIONS: Please cancel your reservation as soon as you realize you do not need the space anymore. This includes reducing your reservation time if your meeting ends early. SECURITY: Room security is responsibility of the user. Please close and secure the door after the meeting and all equipment and furniture is accounted for. EQUIPMENT & FURNITURE: Do Not unplug or rewire the equipment, remove any cables, furniture or chairs from the room. CABLES & CONNECTIONS: Computer docking stations are available for use at the podium. Users must supply their own cables to plug into the tables. MAX CAPACITY: Please ensure your meeting does not exceed the max capacity which is set by fire code to ensure the safety of attendees. CLASSIFIED DISCUSSIONS: Conference rooms are capable of conducting classified for collateral classified information only.
