Please be advised that your reservation or event maybe bumped anytime due to mission needs. If this happens we will reach out to you and assist in rescheduling.

We provide the following equipment within the theater if requested:

United States Flag and United States Air Force Flag with bases
4 DV chairs
Do Not Sit tags
6 parking stanchions

This reservation memo is only valid for the times allotted. Please add an additional hour to the FRONT AND BACK end of your reservation times to allow time for set-up and tear-down in between events. Upon accepting the Joint Base Andrews theater key, you are responsible for doing a thorough facility walk through and to annotate/report any discrepancies found IAW attachment 1, JBA Theater checklist "Opening the Base Theater" (This attachment will be emailed to you once you have submitted your request.) Upon completion of your event please ensure all closing procedures have been met IAW Attachment 1, JBA Theater checklist "Closing the Base Theater" and return the key no later than the next duty day. Failure to return the theater key on time will result in loss of future reservations. You will be held responsible for any damage incurred to the Joint Base Andrews Theater during the time of your event. Please let us know immediately if you need to cancel this reservation. *
